The Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia will looks like berthed ships in the port.

The site of the former trolleybus depot ZKM Gdynia rise office building, exhibition, conference and laboratory minipark and underground garage for 500 cars. EU-funded investment will be put into operation new companies in spring 2012.
